te whare tapa wha

 Today we were learning about the te whare tapa wha. It was very interesting and I learnt a lot from doing it. 

Volume

Today we got given the opportunity to learn about volume and how it can help us in the future. We had a few task that we had to complete one of them was that when had to go round our house and find some objects which involved  cuboid shapes and different sizes. I really enjoyed doing this activity.   

Lockdown

 Today in lockdown  I made a slice it had a weet -bix base and then I made a marshmallow filling to put on top of it. I really enjoyed doing this and I learnt a lot while doing it.

Physical Maths

Today we got to do  physical math. We went out onto the field and we had to get a rugby ball and a tape measure. We were in groups and every person had to kick it five times and measure where it got to. Once everyone had done that we had to come inside and pulse all of our measurements together. I really enjoy doing this type of maths and I learnt heaps doing it.

LH6 Sports Survey

 Today we used piktochart to collect all of our class's data about what is your favourite sport. Piktochart is very helpful and easy to use.  

How To Use Mathletics

 Today we had to make a screencastify about how to use mathletics and what you can do on it.

Triathlon

 

Today we had our triathlon and we had to do a review on on something we found challenging , then we had to say three things we would change about the course.   I really enjoyed doing the triathlon and I had heaps of fun with my friends.
